When you send a quote request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, email address, country, model number, quantity and message. When you email or message us, we receive what you send. Like most websites, our host and security services record technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How We Use Your Personal Information
We use it to reply to your request, prepare quotations and samples, arrange orders and after-sales service, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

Our pages link to WhatsApp and show a Google Map of our plant. These services are run under their own privacy policies; when you use them, they may collect information about you.
